This is the approved process for submitting alteration to your property in the Village at disciples Ridge. All Alterations requiring approval of the board of directors, per the Association Bylaws should be submitted as outlined.
Determine the nature and scope of your alteration.
Submit in writing to the Board of Directors your request
your request should include
Your name and the name of the legal title holder if different
a Brief overview in nature and scope of your request ( why you are making the request and how it will benefit you and/or the association)
Detailed information of the request. (a detailed proposal of the work to be done and the requirements to complete the work. Contractor bids etc)
